With our OMAX 60120 JetMachining® abrasivejet cutting machine, we can cut flat parts, signs, prototypes and more from 5' x 10' stock up to 12" thick, from materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone, wood and composites. The benefits to a water jet machining are many: High yield, low cost (cheaper than laser cutting), complex cuts and smooth, finished edges. And with proper setup, a waterjet can hold dimensions closer than ±0.005" (±0.1 mm).
